The Steering Committee of the Erasmus+ KA2 project BURN (101129379 — ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE) convened to review progress and align the next steps of project implementation.
Key Outcomes:

Project Realization Plan Approved
The Committee held a detailed discussion on the implementation timeline and unanimously endorsed the updated
Project Realization Plan. -
Dissemination Plan Endorsed
KSPU presented the Dissemination Plan, which was reviewed and officially approved. The partners confirmed their
commitment to coordinated communication and visibility activities. -
Study Visit to Germany Scheduled
IPU announced that the study visit to Berlin will take place on November 4–8, 2024. Partners were also asked to
keep dates open for the Winter School, to be held immediately after the visit. Several potential formats for the
school—lectures, training sessions, and independent work—were discussed. -
Equipment, Procurement, and Tendering Updates
The Committee reviewed proposed adjustments related to equipment and procurement procedures. The updated list,
including newly added options (highlighted in yellow), was approved.
The BURN consortium continues to work collaboratively to strengthen psychological resilience and wellbeing
across Ukrainian universities in wartime and post-war conditions.
